Summary

Starts an outgoing call to the supplied phone number through the selected Route Assistant’s phone line. Optionally, choose a same-company Caller Assistant to handle the conversation and provide dynamic variables to personalize it.

Inputs

• Route Assistant Name or ID (required) — Assistant whose connected phone line places the call. Select one from the list or supply its ID.
• Phone Number (required) — Number to call, entered as +digits, digits with a country code, or a local number starting with 0.
• Caller Assistant Name or ID — Assistant that provides the voice and conversation logic. It must belong to the same company as the Route Assistant. If omitted, the Route Assistant handles the conversation.
• Dynamic Variables — JSON key/value pairs forwarded to the voice assistant as dynamic_variables, for example {"customer_name":"John Doe"}.

Output shape

A single API response item for the originate-call request.

The node sends a POST request to the selected assistant’s originate endpoint. The response fields are determined by the Happ API.
