Summary

Retrieve associated target object IDs for every input item from HubSpot, using the selected source and target object types. The operation keeps each input item’s fields and adds the matching associations under the configured output field.

Inputs

• From Object Type (required) — Source object type. Choose a listed HubSpot type or Custom; for Custom, provide its name or ID in Custom From Object Type.
• To Object Type (required) — Target object type whose associations to retrieve. Choose a listed HubSpot type or Custom; for Custom, provide its name or ID in Custom To Object Type.
• ID Field (required) — Field in each input item containing the source object ID. Defaults to id and supports dot notation for nested fields, such as properties.id.
• Output Field — Name of the field to add to each input item with the retrieved associations. Defaults to associations.
• Filter by Label — Optionally select association labels to include. Leave empty to return all associations.
• Label Filter Mode — When labels are selected, choose whether an association must match any selected label (OR, the default) or all selected labels (AND).

Output shape

A list of items, one for each input item; each retains its original JSON fields and gains an output field containing an array of associated target IDs and their association types.

IDs are read from the configured field across all input items; items without an ID still appear in the output with an empty association array if other items provide valid IDs. If no input item has a valid ID, the operation errors. HubSpot requests are sent in batches of up to 1,000 IDs.
