Batch Hydrate Associations
AI-generatedSummary
Batch-fetches associations for each input object and hydrates the associated objects with selected properties. Adds the results to each input item so workflows can use the linked records alongside the original data.

- To Object Type (required) — Associated target object type; choose Custom to provide a custom object name or ID.
- ID Field — Input field containing each source object ID. Defaults to
idand supports dot notation for nested fields, such asproperties.id. - Properties — Properties to retrieve for associated target objects. Leave empty to request only IDs and association data.
- Filter by Label — Optionally keep only associations with selected labels; empty returns all labels.
- Label Filter Mode — When multiple labels are selected, match any (OR, default) or require all (AND).
- Output Field — Field to add to each input item's JSON, defaulting to
associations.

One output item per input item, preserving its JSON and adding the configured output field.
The field contains an array of associated records, each with
id,associationTypes, andobject(the fetched HubSpot object, or null if it was not returned). Source IDs are read from every input item using ID Field; execution errors if none are found. Associations are fetched in batches of up to 1,000 source IDs, and target objects in batches of up to 100 IDs.
