Summary

Retrieve multiple HubSpot CRM objects by IDs supplied in incoming items. Choose the object type, set the input field containing each ID, and optionally select which properties to return or an alternate unique ID property.

Inputs

• Object Type (required) — CRM object type to retrieve (defaults to Contacts); choose Custom to provide a custom object type name or ID.
• Custom Object Type (required) — Shown for Custom object type; provide its name or ID.
• ID Field (required) — Field in each input item containing an object ID. Supports dot notation, such as properties.id; defaults to id.
• ID Property — HubSpot property used to identify the objects. Defaults to hs_object_id; select another unique property, such as a contact's email, when appropriate.
• Properties — Properties to include in each returned object. Leave empty to request all properties.

Output shape

A list of output items, one per object returned by HubSpot; each item contains the object in json.

IDs are collected from all incoming items and read in batches of up to 100. Items without a value at the configured ID field are skipped with a warning if at least one input item has an ID; execution errors if none do. HubSpot may return fewer objects than the supplied IDs.
