Summary

Searches HubSpot CRM records for the selected object type using optional property filters, sort order, and returned properties. Returns matching records as n8n items, with automatic pagination when Return All is enabled.

Inputs

• Object Type (required) — Select a supported HubSpot CRM object type; defaults to Contacts. For Custom, provide its name or ID in Custom Object Type.
• Custom Object Type (required) — Name or ID of the custom object type; shown when Object Type is Custom.
• Filters — Add property filters using the available comparison operators. IN and NOT_IN take semicolon-separated values or an array expression; BETWEEN uses Value as the lower bound and High Value as the upper bound. Filters are sent together in one filter group.
• Properties — Choose which HubSpot properties to include. Leave empty to request all properties.
• Sort — Optionally sort by a HubSpot property in ascending or descending order.
• Return All — When enabled, paginate through all matching records. Defaults to off.
• Limit — Maximum records to return when Return All is off; defaults to 100.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per matching HubSpot record; each record is in the item's json field.

With Return All off, results are capped by Limit. A single IN or NOT_IN filter with more than 100 values is split into batches, deduplicated by record ID, and then capped by Limit; more than one such large filter causes an error. API errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled.
