Summary

Remove records from a selected static HubSpot list using IDs from the incoming items. Choose the CRM object type and list, then set the field name that contains each record ID.

Inputs

• Object Type (required) — CRM object type for the list; defaults to Contacts. Choose Custom to provide a custom object type name or ID.
• Custom Object Type (required) — Name or ID of the custom object type; shown when Object Type is Custom.
• List ID (required) — HubSpot list to remove records from. The list choices are filtered by object type and, for this operation, exclude dynamic lists.
• ID Field — Field containing each record ID in the incoming items; defaults to id. Supports nested paths such as properties.hs_object_id. Items without a usable value are skipped; if no item has a value at this path, the operation errors. Only static lists support member removal.

Output shape

A single item containing a removal summary.

The output JSON includes success: true, the listId, removedCount, and results with HubSpot responses for each batch. IDs are sent in batches of up to 100. Missing IDs are skipped and produce a warning; if there are no usable IDs, the operation returns a successful summary with removedCount: 0 and an empty results array.
