Summary

Send an interactive list message via a selected Kapso WhatsApp number to a specified recipient phone number, containing optional headers, body text, sections with selectable rows, and an optional footer.

Inputs

• Phone Number Name or ID — Choose the connected Kapso WhatsApp number to send the list message from. Can be selected from your Kapso project phone numbers or specified via expression.
• Recipient Phone (required) — Target recipient phone number in Meta format (8-15 digits, no + or spaces).
• List Header Type — Optional header type above the message body; can be none, text, image, video, or document.
• List Header Text — Header text content shown above the message body, required if header type is 'text' (max 60 chars).
• Header Media Source — When header type is image, video, or document, choose whether the header uses a media ID or a public HTTPS URL.
• Header Media URL — Public HTTPS URL of the header media, required if media source is 'link'.
• Header Media ID — Media ID for the header, if the media source is 'id'. Must be digits returned by Upload Media or Kapso Trigger media attachment.
• Header Document Filename — Filename to display for document header messages, optional when header type is document.
• Body Text (required) — Main message body text for the interactive message (max 1024 characters).
• List Button Text (required) — Label for the button that opens the list menu (max 20 characters).
• Sections (required) — Defines one or more sections in the list menu. Each section must have a title (max 24 characters) and one or more rows, with each row requiring an ID (1-200 chars), title (1-24 chars), and optional description (up to 72 chars).
• Footer Text — Optional footer text shown below the interactive content (max 60 characters).
• Message Send Options — Optional settings such as message to reply to and callback data that Meta returns in message status webhooks.

Output shape

a single JSON response object representing the sent interactive list message result

Response includes metadata about the sent message. The output shape matches the Kapso API response for sending messages. Pagination or multiple items are not applicable; each execution sends one list message to one recipient.
