Summary

Creates a new Karakeep bookmark as a link, text snippet, or asset, with optional metadata such as title, note, tags, archived, favourited, summary, and crawl priority.

Inputs

• bookmarkType (required) — The type of bookmark to create. Required. Determines which other fields are required: Link, Text, or Asset.
• url (required) — The URL to bookmark. Required when bookmarkType is Link.
• text (required) — The text content for the bookmark. Required when bookmarkType is Text.
• sourceUrl — Optional source URL for the text content.
• assetType (required) — The type of asset: Image or PDF. Required when bookmarkType is Asset.
• assetId (required) — The ID of the existing asset to bookmark. Required when bookmarkType is Asset.
• fileName — Optional file name for the asset.
• assetSourceUrl — Optional source URL for the asset.
• title — Optional title of the bookmark, up to 1000 characters.
• note — Optional personal note about the bookmark.
• tags — Optional comma-separated list of tags to apply to the bookmark.
• archived — Whether the bookmark should be archived. Defaults to false.
• favourited — Whether the bookmark should be marked as favourite. Defaults to false.
• summary — Optional summary of the bookmark content.
• crawlPriority — Priority for crawling the bookmark content: Normal or Low. Defaults to Normal.

Output shape

The created bookmark object as JSON, linked to the originating input item via pairedItem.

Each input item produces an output item containing the created bookmark object from the Karakeep API. If an error occurs and 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, the node returns an error object instead of throwing.
