Summary

Retrieves the ancestors of a Keephub orgchart node by following its parent links up the hierarchy. Set the required Node ID and, optionally, a Depth Limit; 0 means traverse without a configured depth limit.

Inputs

• Node ID (required) — ID of the orgchart node whose ancestors to retrieve.
• Depth Limit — Maximum number of parent levels to traverse. Defaults to 0, which means unlimited.
• Authentication (required) — Choose Bearer Token or Login Credentials and provide the matching Keephub credentials.

Output shape

A single item containing the starting nodeId, ancestorsCount, and an ancestors array.

Each ancestor entry contains ancestorId and ancestorName, ordered from the immediate parent upward. A root node, which has no ancestors, raises an error.
