Summary

Send a reminder for the specified Keephub task template to everyone who still has it open. By default, read the template afterward to check whether a reminder timestamp was recorded.

Inputs

• authentication (required) — Choose Bearer Token or Login Credentials and provide the matching Keephub credentials.
• taskId (required) — ID of the task template to remind; must not be blank.
• options.verify — Defaults to true. When enabled, makes an extra API call to read the template’s lastReminderAt timestamp. Set false to skip that check.

Output shape

A single item containing a JSON object.

Includes _id, reminderSent, status, and lastTaskUserCount. With verification enabled, also includes verified and lastReminderAt; if the follow-up read fails, includes verifyError and verified: false. A failed verification read does not undo the reminder request.

Examples

Example 1: Send a reminder with verification enabled

Set taskId to the template ID and leave Verify Reminder Was Sent enabled (the default).

Example 2: Send a reminder without the verification read

Set taskId to the template ID and set options.verify to false to avoid the extra API call.
