Inputs

• Email (required) — Parent's email address
• First Name (required) — Parent's first name
• Last Name (required) — Parent's last name
• Phone — Parent's phone number
• Address — Parent's address
• Family ID (required) — Select the family to attach this parent to
• Family Account Type (required) — The role of the family member (e.g., mother, father, tutor)
• Main Family Account (required) — Whether this is the primary family account (only one per family)
• Family Pickup Permission (required) — Whether this family member is authorized to pick up children
