Summary

Fetches records from a required Klaaro dataset, optionally filtering by class, approval status, and creation date. Choose Clean, Flat, or Nested format and return either a limited page or all available records.

Inputs

• Dataset ID (required) — Dataset whose records to fetch.
• Class Slug — Optionally limit results to a class.
• Approval Status — Optionally filter by pending, approved, approved_with_changes, or rejected status.
• Created After — Optionally include records created after this date and time.
• Created Before — Optionally include records created before this date and time.
• Record Format — Select Clean, Flat, or Nested record output; defaults to Clean.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches records across pages; defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of records for a single-page fetch; defaults to 50, with a configured range of 1–200. Shown when Return All is disabled.

Output shape

A list of record items.

With Return All disabled, returns the API's data list for the requested page, or an empty list if data is absent. With Return All enabled, follows pagination and returns the accumulated records. Each returned record is emitted as an n8n item.
