Summary

Lists Klaaro documents, optionally filtered by dataset, class, status, or creation date. Choose whether to return all matching documents or cap the results with a limit.

Inputs

• Dataset Name or ID — Optionally filter documents to a dataset. Select a dataset or provide its ID with an expression.
• Class — Optionally filter by class slug.
• Status — Optionally filter by document status: queued, processing, completed, failed, or cancelled.
• Created After — Optionally include documents created after this date and time.
• Created Before — Optionally include documents created before this date and time.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches matching documents across pages. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of documents to return when Return All is disabled. Defaults to 50; allowed values are 1–200.

Output shape

A list of document records, emitted as one n8n item per document.

With Return All enabled, the node follows the API cursor until no further pages are available. Otherwise, it returns the API data array for the requested limit, or an empty list if the response has no data.
