Summary

Retrieve multiple Risk items with optional filtering and pagination controls from the Kordon API.

Inputs

• Return All — Choose whether to return all results or limit the number returned (default true, returns all). When false, limits to 100 per page by default.
• Options — Optional filters to narrow the risk results by impact (0-10 levels), labels (by ID or none), manager ID(s), owner ID(s), probability (0-10 levels), and state (acceptable or needs mitigation).
• Request Options — Advanced request settings including batching parameters, SSL certificate handling, HTTP proxy configuration, and request timeout in milliseconds.

Output shape

a list of Risk items

The output consists of multiple Risk objects from the API, automatically paginated if Return All is enabled. Supports filtering via the Options properties. Errors halt execution unless workflow-level error handling is configured.

Examples

Example 1: Get all risks with impact levels 7 or higher and state 'Needs Mitigation'

Set Return All to true, set Options.impact to 7,8,9,10, and Options.state to 'not_mitigated'. The operation retrieves all matching risks via paginated requests.

Example 2: Get up to 50 risks managed by a specific manager

Set Return All to false (limiting results), set Options.manager to the manager's ID, and configure Request Options.batch to split requests in batches if needed.
