Summary

Retrieve battery-related SNMP information from a NetAgent UPS device using default or user-provided OIDs.

Inputs

• SNMP OID — The SNMP Object Identifier to query; leave empty to use the default OIDs for battery information.
• Timeout (Seconds) — Timeout duration in seconds for each SNMP request; defaults to 10 seconds.
• Retries — Number of retry attempts for the SNMP requests; defaults to 3 retries.

Output shape

A JSON object containing SNMP query results with fields: systemName, systemContact, systemLocation, systemDescription, and timestamp.

If the query fails, the output will contain an error message. Using custom SNMP OID overrides the default battery information OIDs.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve default battery information with default timeout and retries

Leave SNMP OID empty; use default timeout (10s) and retries (3).

Example 2: Retrieve battery info using a custom SNMP OID with custom timeout and retries

Set SNMP OID to the specific desired OID; specify preferred timeout and retry values.
