Summary

Query the UPS device via SNMP to retrieve temperature-related information using predefined or custom SNMP OIDs.

Inputs

• SNMP OID — The SNMP OID to query for temperature data; if left empty, default OIDs are used.
• Additional Fields — Optional settings including Timeout (in seconds) for SNMP request and number of Retries to attempt.

Output shape

a single JSON object containing temperature-related UPS information fields such as systemName, systemContact, systemLocation, systemDescription, and a timestamp

The output includes a timestamp of the retrieval time. If SNMP query fails, the node returns an error message in the output JSON. Custom SNMP OIDs can be specified but by default, internal OIDs are used.

Example 1: Retrieve UPS temperature data using default OIDs

Leave SNMP OID empty, optionally set timeout and retries

Example 2: Retrieve UPS temperature using a specific SNMP OID

Provide the SNMP OID string for temperature, and configure timeout and retry parameters as needed
