Summary

Updates a NextLead structure selected by ID or matched by SIRET or exact name. Optionally creates a structure when no match is found, using the supplied update fields.

Inputs

• Structure Name or ID — Select a structure from the list or enter its ID. Leave empty to locate it using Find by SIRET or Find by Name.
• Find by SIRET — SIRET used to find the structure when no ID is supplied.
• Find by Name — Exact name used to find the structure when no ID is supplied.
• Create If Missing — When enabled, create a structure if the identifiers find no match. The new structure uses the Update Fields and is named from the Name field or Find by Name; the output includes created: true. Requires NextLead of October 2026 or later.
• Update Fields — Fields to set: name, email addresses, phone numbers, address, city, postal code, website, SIRET, comment, and optionally a group assignment.

Output shape

A single structure record on update; a created structure record when Create If Missing creates one.

The created result carries created: true. The source pack provides only signature-level content for the update handler, so response details beyond the declared behavior are not shown.

Examples

Example 1: Update an existing structure

Select a structure by ID, or leave the ID empty and provide a SIRET or exact name, then set the fields to update.

Example 2: Create when no structure matches

Enable Create If Missing and provide the structure details in Update Fields; the Name field or Find by Name supplies the new structure name.
