Summary

Update a document in Nifty PM by ID and specified fields.

Inputs

• documentId (required) — The ID of the document to update
• updateFields — Fields to update on the document; each field is optional and includes access_type, archived, content, or name
• requestOptions — Optional networking configuration for the request (batching, proxy, timeout, SSL validation)

Output shape

The Nifty PM API returns the updated document record on success, or an error if the request fails or the document ID is invalid.

The operation sends only the provided updateFields to the API; unspecified fields are not modified. requestOptions are passed through as node-level settings and do not affect the core update payload.
