Summary

Download a file stored in a Ninox database record by specifying the team, database, table, record ID, and file name. Returns the file data in binary format suitable for further workflow processing.

Inputs

• Team Name or ID (required) — Select the Ninox team (workspace) by name or ID from the list or specify dynamically using an expression.
• Database Name or ID (required) — Select the database within the chosen team by name or ID from the list or specify dynamically using an expression.
• Table Name or ID (required) — Select the table within the chosen database and team by name or ID from the list or specify dynamically using an expression.
• Record ID (required) — Provide the ID of the record that contains the target file.
• File Name (required) — Specify the exact name of the file to download from the selected record.

Output shape

A single item containing binary data under the property 'data' representing the downloaded file, along with JSON metadata including the file name.

The operation returns one output item per input item. The file content is encoded in binary format compatible with n8n binary data handling. If the file cannot be found or an error occurs, the node will error out unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, in which case an error object is returned.
