Searches for records in a specified Ninox table using filter criteria and optional formatting options, returning matching records up to a configurable limit.

Inputs

• Team Name or ID (required) — Select the Ninox team (workspace) by name from a dynamic list or specify its ID using an expression.
• Database Name or ID (required) — Select the database within the chosen team by name or specify its ID using an expression.
• Table Name or ID (required) — Select the table within the chosen database by name or specify its ID using an expression.
• Filters — Optionally specify one or more filters as pairs of field IDs and desired values to limit the search results.
• Options — Optional parameters including how to return choice field values ('Choice Style' as IDs or Names), how to return date field values ('Date Style' as IDs or Names), and 'Limit' to set the maximum number of returned records (default 100).

Output shape

a list of records matching the specified filters, respecting the requested formatting and limit

Results are returned as an array of JSON objects, each representing a record. Choice and date fields are formatted according to the selected styles. The number of records returned will not exceed the specified limit.
