Open ProjectInstall

Summary

Fetches tasks from a selected OpenProject project, with optional status filtering, sorting, and result limits. Each returned task includes its ID, subject, description, project, type, priority, status, author, parent task when present, and creation and update timestamps.

Inputs

• Project (required) — Select the OpenProject project whose tasks to retrieve.
• Return All — When enabled, retrieves all matching tasks; otherwise returns up to the Limit.
• Limit — Maximum tasks to return when Return All is disabled. Defaults to 50.
• Sort By — Sort by assignee, author, created date, due date, ID, priority, start date, status, subject, type, or updated date. Default keeps OpenProject's ordering.
• Sort Order — Ascending or descending order when Sort By is selected; defaults to ascending.
• Filters — Optionally filter by Status Group (open or closed), or by a specific Status Name or ID when Status Group is Any.

Output shape

A list of task items, one per returned task.

Tasks are fetched in pages of up to 100 and normalized to the fields described above. The parentTask field is included when a parent task is present.
