Summary

Retrieve multiple entity records from the Origami CRM API, supporting optional filtering, pagination, and the choice of raw or flattened output format.

Inputs

• Entity Name or ID (required) — The identifier of the entity from which to retrieve records. Selectable from a dynamic dropdown of available entities.
• Return All — Boolean to return all matching records without limiting pagination.
• Limit — Maximum number of records to return when 'Return All' is false. Must be between 1 and 5000.
• Page — Page number of results to return when 'Return All' is false. Minimum value is 1.
• Additional Fields — Optional settings to refine the query, including filters (either via a builder interface or raw JSON), an OR filter in JSON, inclusion of archived records, and whether to use the protected data endpoint.
• Readable Output — When true (default), returns records as cleaned flat objects with human-readable field names; when false, returns raw API response records.

Output shape

a list of entity records as JSON objects

Returns multiple records from the specified entity. Supports pagination and filtering. If 'Readable Output' is enabled, records are flattened for easier consumption; otherwise, raw API objects are returned. Pagination is controlled by 'Return All', 'Limit', and 'Page' parameters.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 50 customer entity records, flattened for readability

Set 'Entity Name or ID' to the customer entity, 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 50, and 'Readable Output' to true.

Example 2: Retrieve all records from a specified entity without limits, using raw API response format

Set 'Entity Name or ID' to desired entity, 'Return All' to true, and 'Readable Output' to false.
