Summary

Create link preview metadata (unfurl) for a specified message by supplying its ID and one or more link previews with details such as URL, title, description, and optional image (via URL or binary data).

Inputs

• Message ID (required) — The numeric identifier of the message for which to create link previews (unfurl).
• Link Previews (required) — One or more link preview objects each including a URL from the message, a title, description, and optionally an image URL or binary image data to create the preview content.

Output shape

a single record representing the updated message with newly created link previews

Each link preview URL must belong to the message specified by Message ID. Images provided via binary property have priority over image URLs.

Examples

Example 1: Add two link previews to a message to create unfurl metadata, specifying titles, descriptions, and images for each link.

Set Message ID to the target message's ID; provide multiple link previews with URLs, titles, descriptions, and optionally image URLs or binary property names.
