Summary

Create a new user in the Pachca system by specifying user details such as email, first name, last name, nickname, phone number, department, title, role, tags, and any custom properties.

Inputs

• email — Email of the user.
• firstName — First name of the user.
• lastName — Last name of the user.
• nickname — Nickname for the user.
• phoneNumber — Phone number of the user.
• department — Department in which the user works.
• title — User's job title.
• role — Access level of the user; options are Admin, User, and Multi Guest with 'User' as the default.
• listTags — Comma-separated list of tags associated with the user.
• customProperties — Additional custom fields defined by field ID and corresponding value.

Output shape

a single user object representing the newly created user

The returned data contains the details of the created user as confirmed by the Pachca API. Input fields that are left empty are omitted from the created user object.

Examples

Example 1: Create a user with minimum details

Set email and first name parameters to create a user with basic identity.

Example 2: Create a user with complete profile

Fill all fields including role, tags, department, and custom properties to fully specify the user.
