Summary

Decrypts a password-protected PDF supplied by public URL or from an incoming binary property. Returns the unlocked PDF as a binary file, hosted URL, or base64 data, depending on the selected output format.

Inputs

• Input Type — Choose URL (default) or Binary File as the PDF source.
• PDF URL — Public URL of the password-protected PDF; shown when Input Type is URL.
• Binary Property Name — Name of the incoming binary property containing the protected PDF; shown when Input Type is Binary File. Defaults to data.
• Password (required) — Password used to decrypt and unlock the PDF.
• Output Format — Choose Binary File (default), URL (hosted link), or Base64 (inline data) for the unlocked PDF.
• Output Filename — Filename for the unlocked PDF. Defaults to unlocked.pdf; .pdf is appended if omitted.

Output shape

An unlocked PDF, returned in the selected format.

Binary File returns PDF binary suitable for downstream nodes; URL returns a downloadable link hosted for 30 days; Base64 returns the PDF encoded in JSON.
