Summary

Uploads a PDF from the selected binary field to Pingen, then creates a letter in the chosen organisation. It can optionally send the letter immediately, using the specified delivery and print settings.

Inputs

  • Environment — Choose Production or Staging; each uses its corresponding Pingen credentials. Defaults to Production.
  • Organisation Name or ID (required) — Select the Pingen organisation that will receive the letter, or provide its ID with an expression.
  • Input Binary Field (required) — Name of the incoming binary field containing the PDF. Defaults to data.
  • File Display Name (required) — Original filename to attach to the letter; defaults to document.pdf. If blank at runtime, the binary filename is used, falling back to document.pdf.
  • Address Window Position — Set the envelope address window to the left or right; defaults to left.
  • Auto Send — Send the letter immediately after creation; defaults to false. When enabled, Delivery Product, Print Mode, and Print Spectrum are required.
  • Preset ID — Optional Pingen preset ID.
  • Delivery Product — Choose cheap, fast, registered, bulk, or premium. Sent to Pingen when set; required for Auto Send.
  • Print Mode — Choose simplex (single-sided) or duplex (double-sided). Sent to Pingen when set; required for Auto Send.
  • Print Spectrum — Choose colour or grayscale. Sent to Pingen when set; required for Auto Send.
  • Recipient Address — Optional recipient details; required when Auto Send is enabled with registered delivery. The address must include name, ZIP, city, a two-letter country code, and either a street or PO Box. Street number is optional.
  • Sender Address — Optional sender return address. If provided, it must include name, ZIP, city, a two-letter country code, and either a street or PO Box. Street number is optional.

Output shape

A single JSON object per input item containing the created letter’s ID, type, and returned attributes.

The JSON:API response is flattened; additional metadata may be included. With Continue On Fail enabled, failed items instead return an object with error and, when available, statusCode.
