Summary

Uploads the PDF from the selected binary field to Pingen, then creates a batch for the chosen organisation with the configured name, icon, address window position, grouping and splitting options, and optional preset.

Inputs

  • Environment (required) — Choose Production or Staging; each uses its corresponding Pingen credential. Staging is described as a free test environment where no real letters are sent.
  • Organisation Name or ID (required) — Select the Pingen organisation that will own the batch, or provide its ID with an expression.
  • Input Binary Field (required) — Name of the incoming item’s binary property containing the PDF; defaults to data.
  • Batch Name (required) — Display name for the new batch.
  • File Original Name (required) — Original filename to associate with the uploaded PDF; defaults to batch.pdf.
  • Icon (required) — Pingen batch icon identifier, such as Document or Campaign; defaults to Document.
  • Address Window Position — Choose left or right for the address window position; defaults to left.
  • Grouping Type (required) — Choose Merge or Zip. For Zip, the implementation sets the split type to file and does not use the split controls.
  • Split Type (required) — For Merge grouping, choose File, Page (Fixed Size), Custom (Separator), or QR Invoice; defaults to Page.
  • Split Size — For Page splitting, sets the number of pages per letter. Must be a positive integer; defaults to 1.
  • Split Position — For QR Invoice splitting, choose whether to split before or after the QR invoice page; defaults to Before QR Page.
  • Split Separator — For Custom splitting, provide the text separator between letters. The value is trimmed and must not be empty.
  • Preset ID — Optional Pingen preset ID to associate with the created batch.

Output shape

A single JSON object for each input item, containing the created batch’s flattened Pingen response data.

The response includes the batch ID and type plus returned attributes; non-empty metadata is retained under meta. The operation creates the batch but does not send it.
