Summary

Send an already created letter through Pingen using its letter ID and selected delivery and print settings. For registered mail, provide a recipient address; an optional sender address can be included.

Inputs

  • Environment — Pingen environment to use: production (default) or staging, which is for testing and sends no real letters. Each uses separate credentials.
  • Organisation Name or ID (required) — Pingen organisation that owns the letter. Select an organisation or provide its ID.
  • Letter ID (required) — ID of the existing letter to send.
  • Delivery Product — Delivery type: Cheap (default), Fast, Registered, Bulk, or Premium.
  • Print Mode — Simplex (single-sided, default) or Duplex (double-sided).
  • Print Spectrum — Colour or Grayscale (default).
  • Recipient Address — Address details for registered mail; required when using the Registered delivery product. Includes name, postal code, city, country, and either a street address or PO Box. Field length limits are shown in the node.
  • Sender Address — Optional return address. If supplied, it must include valid registered-address details.

Output shape

A single JSON object containing the sent letter's ID, type, and response attributes.

The node flattens Pingen's JSON:API response; non-empty metadata may appear as a meta field. With Continue On Fail enabled, failures are returned as an object with error and, when available, statusCode.
