Summary

Retrieves a list of posts from the Post Mate workspace, optionally filtered by status, and emits each post as its own output item.

Inputs

  • Status Filter — Restricts results to one status: Draft, Scheduled, Publishing, Posted, Failed, Partial, or Pending Approval. Default is All (no status filter sent).
  • Limit — Maximum number of posts to return, from 1 to 100. Default is 50. Sent as the limit query parameter.

Output shape

One n8n item per post, taken from the posts array of the GET /api/v1/posts response. If the response has no posts, nothing is emitted for that input item.

No pagination or cursor, so at most 100 posts per call. The request runs once per input item, so multiple input items repeat the same query and produce duplicates. Uses the Post Mate API credential. With Continue On Fail enabled, an error produces an item containing { error: message }.

Examples

Example 1: Find posts awaiting review so they can be approved or sent back.

Resource: Post, Operation: Get Many, Status Filter: Pending Approval, Limit: 50. Feed each result's ID into Approve or Request Changes.

Example 2: Check recent failures for alerting.

Status Filter: Failed, Limit: 20; route output to a Slack or email node.
