Summary

Lists Power BI dashboards from the selected workspace, or from My Workspace when Group (Workspace) Name or ID is blank. Returns each dashboard as a separate n8n item.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose OAuth2 (default) or Bearer Token and configure the matching credentials.
• Group (Workspace) Name or ID — Select a workspace or provide its ID; leave blank to list dashboards in My Workspace. The value me also uses My Workspace.

Output shape

A list of dashboard items, one per dashboard.

Each item contains a dashboard object from the Power BI response. If the response has no value array, the operation returns an empty list. API errors follow the node's error handling.

Examples

Example 1: List dashboards in a workspace

Select a workspace in Group (Workspace) Name or ID, or enter its ID.

Example 2: List dashboards in My Workspace

Leave Group (Workspace) Name or ID blank.
