Summary

Send a text message to a specified Telegram chat by chat ID, username, or phone number, with optional formatting and message options.

Inputs

• Chat ID / Username (required) — Chat ID, username (@username), or phone number to which the text message will be sent.
• Text (required) — Content of the text message to send.
• Additional Options — Optional parameters including text parse mode (Markdown, HTML, None), whether to send silently (no notification), reply to a specific message ID, enable or disable link preview, and pagination-related IDs (offsetId, minId, maxId) which are relevant for message retrieval but accepted here as optional parameters.

Output shape

a single record containing the sent message details as returned by the Telegram API

The output JSON includes the full Telegram message object resulting from sending the text message. Errors during sending are reported unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, in which case error messages are returned per item.

Examples

Example 1: Send a formatted Markdown text message to a user by username silently without notification.

Set 'Chat ID / Username' to '@username', 'Text' to the markdown message content, and 'Additional Options' parse mode to 'Markdown' and 'Silent' to true.
