Summary

Create a new Telegram chat group with a specified title and add a list of users to it.

Inputs

• Group Title (required) — The name/title of the group to create.
• Users (comma-separated) (required) — Comma-separated list of usernames or phone numbers of users to add to the group (e.g., '@user1, @user2, +123456789').
• Additional Options — Optional settings including parse mode for text formatting, silent message sending, reply to message ID, link preview toggle, and pagination message IDs (offset, min, max). These apply mainly to message sending contexts but are available for this operation as well.

Output shape

a single record containing the Telegram API response of the created group chat entity

Returns detailed information about the newly created group chat. Errors during creation are thrown unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, in which case the error is returned as a JSON error object.
