Summary

Fetches a customer’s RD Station Conversas message history, with optional filters and decryption of the encrypted messages field.

Inputs

• Customer ID (required) — Contact/customer ID whose history to retrieve.
• Limit — Maximum results per page (default 50; range 1–100).
• Page — Page number to request (default 1).
• Channels — Channels to include: email, Instagram, Megasac, Messenger, Telegram, or WhatsApp (default WhatsApp).
• Sent By — Sender types to include: bot, customer, or operator (defaults to customer and operator).
• Message Types — Types to include: audio, contact, document, image, interactive, location, text, or video (default text).
• Start Date — Optional start of the search period; sent as YYYY-MM-DD.
• End Date — Optional end of the search period; sent as YYYY-MM-DD.
• Decrypt Messages — When enabled (default), decrypts the response's string-valued messages field using the encryption key in the RD Station Conversas credential.

Output shape

A single response object, or an array of items if the API response is an array.

Requests the history endpoint with the customer ID, pagination, and any selected filters. If decryption is enabled and messages is a string, that field is replaced with the decrypted JSON value when parseable, otherwise decrypted text. Decryption requires a valid credential encryption key.
