Summary

Retrieve a filtered and optionally paginated list of Quote records from Rentman, with support for inline expansion of related linked fields.

Inputs

• Expand — Comma-separated list of linkable Quote fields to include inline in the response instead of references, supporting nested expansion up to 3 levels (e.g., equipment,equipment.creator).
• Return All — Boolean to specify whether to return all matching Quote records or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Maximum number of Quote records to return when 'Return All' is false (default 50).
• Offset — Number of Quote records to skip for offset-based pagination (default 0).
• Filters — Optional filtering criteria including creation date, modification date, ID thresholds, sorting, and selection of fields to return.
• Custom Query Parameters — Additional custom query parameters for advanced filtering on fields and relational operators.

Output shape

a list of Quote objects matching the specified filter criteria and pagination settings, with optional nested linked fields expanded inline as requested.

If 'Return All' is enabled, all matching records will be retrieved using automatic pagination with respect to API pagination links. Otherwise, results are limited by 'Limit' and 'Offset'. The 'Expand' parameter allows inclusion of linked item data up to 3 nested levels, replacing reference paths with full item data. Custom query parameters can be used to refine filtering beyond the standard filter fields.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all quotes created after a specific date with related equipment data expanded.

Set 'Created After' filter to the desired date and 'Expand' to 'equipment'.

Example 2: Fetch the first 20 quotes sorted by most recently modified.

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 20, and 'Sort' to '-modified'.
