A single n8n item per input item, containing the ScraperAPI response body, headers, status code, and status message under json.response, plus json.resource set to sde.

The request uses GET on ScraperAPI’s Google Shopping structured endpoint. If Continue On Fail is enabled, failed items instead contain json.error.
