Summary

List transcriptions with optional filtering by status and search query, supporting pagination and maximum results limit.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose authentication method: API Key or JWT (Bearer Token).
• Page — Page number for pagination (default is 1).
• Limit — Maximum number of transcription records to return (1-100, default 50).
• Status — Filter transcriptions by status: Completed, Failed, Pending, Processing, or Uploaded (default: Uploaded).
• Search — Search string to filter transcriptions by matching title and audio filename.

Output shape

a list of transcription records

Results support pagination via page and limit parameters. Returned data includes transcription metadata matching the applied filters.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve first page of uploaded transcriptions

Set Authentication to API Key, Page to 1, Limit to 50, and Status to Uploaded.

Example 2: Search completed transcriptions with specific keywords

Set Status to Completed and provide search string in the Search field.
