Summary

Lists Outlook messages matching the selected search or filters, with optional pagination limits, field selection, and attachment downloads.

Inputs

• Return All / Limit — Return all matching messages, or up to the limit (default 100).
• Output — Choose Simplified, Raw, or Select Included Fields output. With Select Included Fields, use Fields to choose the message properties to include.
• Filters — Choose a search term or message filters: a custom Microsoft Graph filter query, attachment presence, included or excluded folders, read status, received date range, and sender.
• Options — Enable Download Attachments to include message attachment data in the output; Attachments Prefix sets the binary output property prefix (default attachment_, followed by an index).

Output shape

A list of message items, with downloaded attachments optionally included as binary data.

The selected output mode controls message fields returned. Results may be limited unless Return All is enabled.
