Summary

Retrieves Microsoft Planner tasks for a group member or lists tasks in a selected plan. Choose a Team and Plan, then set whether to return all results or cap the response with a limit.

Inputs

• Tasks For (required) — Choose Group Member to retrieve tasks assigned to a member, or Plan to retrieve tasks in the selected plan.
• Team (required) — Select a team from the list or enter its Microsoft Teams ID.
• Plan (required) — Select a plan from the list or enter its ID.
• Return All — When enabled, returns all available results; otherwise, the operation returns up to the Limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50.

Output shape

A list of task items.

The operation uses the selected Tasks For mode to choose between member tasks and plan tasks. When Return All is disabled, the result is limited by Limit.
