Summary

Fetches SEC earnings release history for a company, covering its 8-K filings with item 2.02 (results of operations). Choose whether to return all available results or cap the response at a limit.

Inputs

• Ticker (required) — Company ticker symbol; case-insensitive.
• Return All — Defaults to false. When enabled, follows the response cursor to retrieve additional pages; when disabled, uses the Limit value.
• Limit — Maximum results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50, with a declared range of 1–200.
• Request Options — Optional request settings for batching, SSL certificate validation, proxy, and timeout.

Output shape

A list of filing records, one item per result.

Results are extracted from the response's data array. Return All uses cursor pagination while a next_cursor is present; otherwise the request is capped by Limit.
