Summary

Retrieve SEC 8-K filings for a ticker that report material corporate events. Optionally filter by an item-code substring and choose whether to return all matching results or cap the response.

Inputs

• Ticker (required) — Ticker symbol for the company; case-insensitive.
• Item Code — Optional substring filter for 8-K item codes, such as 2.02 for earnings releases.
• Return All — Defaults to false. When enabled, cursor pagination follows the API’s next cursor to retrieve all results.
• Limit — Maximum results when Return All is false; defaults to 50, with a UI range of 1–200.
• Request Options — Optional HTTP request settings, including batching, SSL certificate handling, proxy, and timeout.

Output shape

A list of items, one per 8-K material-event result.

The response's data array is split into individual n8n items. With Return All enabled, results are fetched across cursor pages when the API provides a next cursor.
