Summary

Inputs

• Folder (required) — Select the Outlook folder to retrieve messages from, either by list selection, folder URL, or folder ID.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all messages or limit the number returned.
• Limit — Specify the maximum number of messages to return when not returning all.
• Output — Select the output format: Simplified (default), Raw, or Select Included Fields.
• Fields — When output format is 'Select Included Fields', choose which message fields to include (e.g., subject, from, bodyPreview).
• Filters — Apply filters to narrow message retrieval, either by search term or detailed filter queries including read status, attachment presence, date ranges, and sender.
• Options — Additional options such as whether to download message attachments and the prefix used for attachment field names in the output.

The operation supports pagination internally when returning all messages. Filters can reduce retrieval time. When downloading attachments, binary data is included with prefixed field names. The folder must be specified and valid. Errors in retrieval are handled per item.
