Summary

List files available in the Vapi platform with optional filtering and limit controls.

Inputs

• Limit — Max number of file results to return (1-1000; default 50).
• Filters — Optional filters to narrow results by Purpose, Status, and creation or update date ranges using ISO 8601 date-times.

Output shape

A list of file objects matching the specified filters and limit.

Supports pagination via the 'Limit' parameter. Filter fields include 'purpose', 'status', and various createdAt/updatedAt date comparisons (greater than, less than, etc.). Returns JSON representations of each file as individual items in the output.

Examples

Example 1: List up to 100 files uploaded for knowledge base purposes, created after a specific date

Set Limit to 100, Filters with 'Purpose' as 'knowledge_base_upload' and 'Created After' to a chosen ISO 8601 date.
