Summary

Send a voice message (PTT) audio file to a specified WhatsApp number.

• Number (required) — The WhatsApp number with country code (no + or spaces) to send the audio message to.
• File URL (required) — The URL of the audio file in PTT/voice message format to be sent.
• Pin Time — Duration in seconds to pin the sent message; leave blank to not pin the message.
