Summary

Send a location message to a specific WhatsApp number via the Wasapress API, including location name, latitude, longitude, and optionally pin the message for a specified time.

Inputs

• Number (required) — The WhatsApp number with country code (no plus sign or spaces) to which the location will be sent.
• Location Name (required) — The name of the location to send.
• Latitude (required) — The latitude coordinate of the location.
• Longitude (required) — The longitude coordinate of the location.
• Pin Time — Optional time in seconds to pin the sent message; leave blank to not pin.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the API response including the status code

The response output will include all fields returned by the Wasapress /send-location endpoint along with an appended statusCode field indicating the HTTP status code. Request options such as batching, proxy, timeout, and ignoring SSL issues can be configured but do not affect the output shape.

Example 1: Send a location to a contact

Specify the recipient's WhatsApp number (e.g. '60123456789'), the name of the location you want to share, and its latitude and longitude coordinates. Optionally set a pin time to highlight the message in the chat.
