Summary

Searches Weclapp documents for a specified entity type and entity ID, with optional query filters and sorting. Returns matching document records, either from the selected page or across all pages.

Inputs

• Entity Name (required) — The entity type to search, such as salesOrder or purchaseOrder.
• Entity ID (required) — The ID of the entity whose documents to find.
• Custom Query — Optional Weclapp query syntax for additional filters. Separate key-value conditions with &; conditions are combined with AND. You can request calculated fields with additionalProperties.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches all pages of matching records. Otherwise, use Page and Page Size to choose a page.
• Page — Page number to fetch when Return All is disabled; defaults to 1.
• Page Size — Number of records per page when Return All is disabled; defaults to 100 and is limited to 1–1000.
• Sort — Sort field; prefix with - for descending order. Defaults to -lastModifiedDate.

Output shape

A list of matching document records.

The node also supports top-level referenced entity and additional property data returned by Weclapp; requested additional property values are attached to their corresponding records. With Return All enabled, records are gathered across pages.
