Summary

Updates a Weclapp Party (customer or contact) by its internal Record ID. Sends the selected fields and any configured custom attributes, with an optional dry run that validates the update without saving it.

Inputs

• Record ID (required) — The Weclapp internal ID of the Party record to update.
• Fields to Update — Choose fields to include in the update, such as party type, contact details, customer or supplier settings, addresses, payment terms, or other Party attributes. Available fields include the values and options declared in the node UI.
• Custom Attributes — Map Party custom attributes available in the Weclapp account.
• Dry Run — Defaults to false. When enabled, Weclapp validates the payload and runs its business logic without persisting changes.

Output shape

A single Weclapp API response item for the updated Party, or a success response for a dry run.

The update can include the Version field for optimistic locking; use a version from a prior GET to help prevent overwriting concurrent changes. Dry-run success returns Weclapp's acknowledgement instead of the usual updated-record result.
