Summary

Initiates a call to a customer from a specified NUACOM agent extension by sending a callback request. Requires NUACOM API credentials.

Inputs

• Extension (required) — Agent extension to initiate the call from.
• Destination Number (required) — Customer phone number to call, in E.164 format (for example, +353871234567).

Output shape

One or more items containing the API response, typically one per input item.

The node posts a request to NUACOM’s callback endpoint with the extension and destination number. It trims both values before sending. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed input produces an item containing an error message.
