Summary

Books an Orderly order using the supplied order ID and returns the resulting order status.

Inputs

• Input JSON (required) — Order ID as JSON; by default, uses the incoming item's Id field. The value is converted to the Orderly OrderId request format.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, containing the returned OrderStatus as JSON.

The operation calls OrderService.Book. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed input produces an item containing an error message.

Example 1: Book an order from incoming items

Leave Input JSON set to its default ={{ $json.Id }} expression; each incoming item's Id is passed as the order ID.
