Summary

Updates an Easybill document, including its customer, type, items, and selected additional fields. Supply the document ID and customer ID, then set the fields to update; the submitted advanced data fields replace the existing list, and an empty list clears it.

Inputs

• authentication (required) — Choose Bearer Token or Basic Auth credentials.
• id (required) — Document ID, selected from the list or entered as an expression.
• customerId (required) — Customer ID, selected from the list or entered as an expression.
• type — Document type, such as Invoice, Offer, or Credit; defaults to Invoice.
• itemsJson — JSON array of document items. This overrides other item inputs. Price values use cents.
• refreshCustomerData — Whether to refresh the document's customer data; defaults to false.
• reasonForChange — Reason saved in the document version when updating a finalized document.
• additionalFields — Optional document fields, including dates, references, currency, status, VAT settings, template, and recurring settings. Advanced Data Fields is a JSON array of EN16931 business terms; submitting it replaces the existing list, and an empty array clears it.

Output shape

A single updated document record.
