Summary

Creates a field definition for the selected asset-tracking template (asset, person, or room), using the supplied field type and label. Optional JSON parameters provide constraints, attributes, relations, a comment, a default value, and possible values.

Inputs

• Template (required) — Choose the template the field belongs to: Asset, Person, or Room.
• Field Type (required) — Select the field type, such as Text, Number, Date, Dropdown, or a linked-record type.

• Field Type Constraints — JSON array sent as the field type's constraints.
• Attributes — JSON array sent as the field definition's attributes.
